ABOUT APPLE CHIPOTLE'S

Inspired by our love of BBQ and Southern cooking, AC was designed to be enjoyed by food lovers of all ages. With a unique bar designed by Sol Ostap and constructed by Canadian Living Innovations, the pine walls are decorated with various signs and BBQ facts. Our mascot AC the Pig, the menu, and our branded logo were all designed by Jordan Danielson of LostArt. We support local craft companies Sleeping Giant and Lake of the Woods, and use food supplied by Thunder Oak Cheese, Country Plaid Farms, Big Lake Pasta, Five-Star Bakery, Freshwater Fish, and Maltese.

The culinary team is headed by Chef Jason MacKenzie and Sous Chef Sean Leveille, who have dreamed of owning and operating their own restaurant since they became best friends at the age of 6. They have built a team of outstanding young men and women who work hard amidst the chaos to ensure the best food is produced and served. Chef MacKenzie strives to deliver delicious comfort food, and insist on making everything from scratch, which keeps his team busy during non-peak hours. Two necessary ingredients to be found in their kitchen at all times is duck fat and bacon, both of which are used in a variety of ways in the production of their menu items.
